1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Eastern Hay Corp. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy products.

2. Products and Orders

• Products (hay, straw, bedding, etc.) are natural agricultural items sold “as is.”
• Descriptions and images are approximate — natural variations in quality, moisture, color, or size may occur.
• Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders due to errors, stock issues, or other reasons.
• Prices exclude taxes, tolls and delivery fees.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept the methods shown.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays from weather, traffic, or other events are not our liability.
• Inspect products immediately upon receipt. Report damage/shortages in writing within 48 hours with photos.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery or pickup.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable/natural nature of products:

• No returns or refunds for items after dispatch.
• Damaged items may qualify for refund/replacement at our discretion (contact us within 48 hours).

6. Disclaimers & No Warranties

Products are natural and unprocessed. We make no warranties (express or implied) about nutritional value, suitability for animals, absence of weeds/insects, or fitness for any purpose. Consult a vet for animal needs.

Products are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (e.g., animal health issues, business loss). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes go to courts in New York.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
